The Alchemist Spa at the Woolacombe Bay Hotel is looking for a Spa Receptionist to provide a first class welcome to our spa guests joining us for spa days, treatments, consultations and to buy retail products.
We require a Part time receptionist to join us.
This role will mainly be 3 days a week to include one weekend day.
There may be more hours for holiday cover.

• Acknowledge and respond to relevant guest queries, needs, and expectations
• Suggest and promote spa products or additional services
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
• Create a calm environment for guests to relax, unwind and forget their day
• Welcoming clients arriving for treatments and spa days in a professional and friendly manner
• Responding to telephone & email enquiries
• Ensuring the spa area remains clear & tidy at all times
• Having a full understanding of all treatments and products offered
• Good level of IT Knowledge required
• Knowledge of the beauty industry preferable
• Ability to multi task and prioritise work loads
