Receptionist | Customer Service, Administration | Private Hospital | 37.5 hours  | Spire Little Aston Spire Little Aston Hospital are currently looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join the team on a full time and permanent basis. You will be a first point of contact at the hospital for patients, so will politely and courteously, register and direct patients, consultants and hospital teams as required, in a proactive, warm, professional and caring manner.  Duties and Responsibilities * Welcoming patients, supporting with check in using an electronic tablet. * Ensuring accuracy of information and updating as required * Directing patients, consultants and visitors, to the hospital in a warm, professional and caring manner.  * Answering in coming phone calls  * Various admin and data entry tasks * Booking appointments  * Sorting incoming post * Managing lost property * Issuing  including badges for visitors, booking taxis. * Responsible for health and safety aspects including, supporting in fire evacuations and emergencies  * Supporting clinical staff  Who we're looking for * A personable individual with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team * Good basic PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook * Excellent customer service skills * High degree of accuracy in administration * Great communication skills at all levels * Experience in a customer service environment  * Experience with information management systems * Switchboard experience  Working Hours: Varied 7.5 hour shift patterns covering reception area hours of 06:30-21:00 including weekends.
