JOB DESCRIPTION

Sabbow and Company is looking for a receptionist/staff accountant who will work directly for the Controller in our Concord, NH location. This position is for a small office so flexibility will be required.

Qualifications required:

  • Basic Accounting Knowledge
  • Microsoft Office Applications
  • Telephone Skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and bank information.
  • Ability to work in a professional manner and work with a variety of people.
  • Problem solving skill

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming telephone lines.
  • Reconciling statements against open invoices in Great Plains.
  • Process and scan lien waivers.
  • Process credit card transactions.
  • Open mail and distribute to appropriate personnel.

Additional duties will be added over time.
