- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Skills:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic administrative tasks

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our practice, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for patients and callers. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Working pattern one week of early shifts followed by one week of late shifts on a rotation.
