Role Overview As our front desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients—creating a welcoming, professional experience while supporting daily agency operations. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the insurance business, learn the client lifecycle, and receive mentorship from experienced team members—all while preparing to pursue licensing and transition into a sales role if it’s the right fit.
