Job Description As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This position plays a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience by offering exceptional customer service and efficiently managing the front desk operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the dealership's main phone line, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel. Take messages accurately and relay them promptly to the intended recipient. Warmly welcome customers and visitors as they enter the dealership. Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the relevant department or team member for further assistance. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times. Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Qualifications Preferred: Will have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Will have at least 1-year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment. Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision. Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills. Required: All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test and valid driver license.
