Subi Sports Massage & Physio is looking for a couple of enthusiastic receptionists to join our team and be the welcoming face of our clinic.

We currently have two vacancies available:

  • Sunday shift – Perfect for someone looking for one regular shift a week while studying during the week (preferably a student). Includes potential to cover extra shifts when available.
  • 3–4 shifts per week – Ideal for someone with prior reception, administration, or customer service experience, with flexibility to provide cover when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous customer service or reception experience desirable, but not essential
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Friendly, positive, and team-orientated attitude
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
  • Being the first point of contact, greeting and assisting clients in a warm, professional manner
  • Manage appointment bookings and scheduling using CLINIKO software
  • Answer and direct phone and email enquiries
  • Process payments through HICAPS, EFTPOS and other payment methods
  • General administration tasks (filing, stock management, updating and maintaining client records)
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area
  • Provide administrative support to therapists as needed
