Zwicker is currently seeking a part-time receptionist support clerk to join our team in Andover, MA. The base hourly rate for this position is $20.00. Responsibilities include Receptionist Coverage Daily Coverage of the front desk Communication – answer and direct incoming phone calls, through Alvaria system to direct calls to the accurate department. Computer Skills - Recovery Management System (RMS) – looking up accounts and verifying accounts/transfer calls to correct dept Processing of deliveries, daily logging and tracking Visitor and Client Management Administrative tasks - Processing of incoming bankruptcy documents daily, data entry, mail sorting and distributing Special projects as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements One year of minimum experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role. Demonstrated ability to manage calls with clear, concise, and professional communication. Adheres to established building security protocols for both visitors and employees. Effectively engages with office staff, clients, and visitors both in person and over the phone. Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable navigating computer systems. Excellent administrative and phone skills Basic computer skills, especially experience in Microsoft programs Above-average interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence Physical Qualifications Be able to lift five pounds or greater Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking Please note that this job description is not intended to be a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee in this position.
