What You'll Do Provide a Remarkable Customer Experience Put customers first in every interaction. Answer the company’s main phone line and route calls to the appropriate team member. Greet office visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Represent Sure-Dry with professionalism, positivity, and pride. Be the Voice & Face of Sure-Dry Serve as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and guests. Create a welcoming and professional front-office environment. Ensure all callers and visitors have a helpful, positive experience. Administrative Support Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the team. Mail pre-appointment packets ("pre-mailers") to customers. Deliver and distribute incoming mail. Order and maintain office supplies. Assist with customer confirmations and office communications as needed. Support our "One Team" Culture Assist the Customer Care team with appointment-confirmation calls as needed. Send annual maintenance postcard reminders to customers. Help keep sales and service materials stocked and organized. Maintain clean, organized, and stocked break rooms (including coffee).
