We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Switchboard to join our fantastic Reception team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
The switchboard is the first point of contact for our clients, and the Receptionist (Switchboard) role is to assess each contact quickly and effectively and appropriately transfer to the correct case handler or business department. You will be required to navigate various computer-based systems such as CRM’s and Soft phone technology
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and someone who can work as part of a tight team and using their own initiative. You will be responsible for acting in an incredibly courteous and professional manner to create and deliver a positive customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

· Answer all incoming calls, and transfer the call to the appropriate case handler or dept.
· Provide basic information to callers and transfer calls to voicemail if necessary
· Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns
· Perform data entry in the CRM system to record details of the call
· Maintain a list of extension numbers and flag any know changes as needed
· Monitor phone lines to ensure KPI and SLA’s are achieved
· Supporting with other admin teams functions and perform receptionist functions if needed.
