Description

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, playing a crucial role in managing front-desk operations and delivering administrative assistance. This position ensures effective communication and helps maintain a friendly and organized environment within the training center.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Experience with student registration processes is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist students, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Respond to questions related to admissions, course schedules, and general inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Support student registration and manage relevant documentation
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage calendars for academic and admin teams
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages, and manage routine correspondence
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue passes when necessary
  • Provide data entry and filing support to HR and administrative departments
  • Assist with event coordination, including workshops and training sessions
