  • As the Front Desk / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, staff, vendors, and clients.
  • This role requires a well-groomed, organized, and customer-oriented individual who can create a professional and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the smooth running of daily front-desk and administrative operations.
  • The ideal candidate must be proactive, calm under pressure, and possess strong communication skills.
  • You will also serve as a liaison between departments and external visitors, making sure every interaction reflects the company’s high standards of hospitality and brand image.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates should possess an OND or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Mass Communication, or any relevant discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a front-desk, receptionist, customer-facing, or administrative support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Calm, approachable, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Smart appearance and professional demeanor always.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and attend to guests, clients, vendors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage all incoming calls, messages, and email correspondence; route inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and inviting reception area that aligns with brand standards.
  • Provide administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and scheduling.
  • Assist HR, Admin, and other departments with clerical tasks and event coordination as needed.
  • Coordinate visitor schedules, meeting room bookings, and ensure guests are properly hosted.
  • Receive, log, and distribute packages, mails, and office correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs, issue visitor tags/passes, and ensure compliance with company security protocols.
  • Monitor front office supplies and raise requisitions for replenishment when necessary.
  • Follow and enforce front office procedures, policies, and protocols.
