Description
We’re partnering with a global consumer brand to hire a Reception and Team Assistant for their Amsterdam office. This role brings together office coordination, people support, and day to day operations, all in a space that is becoming a key hub for regional teams. You’ll run the daily rhythm of the office, welcome visitors, keep everything running smoothly, and support leaders who work from Amsterdam. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a warm, organised environment and who likes being the go to person that others can count on. Your Day to Day: Office Experience, Operations and Support Manage daily office operations, reception, and visitor experience. Keep the office and showroom clean, stocked, and ready for meetings. Coordinate contractors, couriers, suppliers, and building contacts. Support meeting room setup, team lunches, and small events. Handle compliance and health and safety checks and keep documentation updated. Manage purchase orders, vendor coordination, and basic tracking. Partner with the facilities teams in Milan and London on regional processes. Support local leaders with meeting logistics and light administrative tasks. Contribute to regional activities including sustainability reporting and showroom prep. What You Bring (and What You’ll Grow Into) Fluent Dutch and English. Experience in reception, office coordination, or administrative support. Strong organisational skills and comfort juggling multiple tasks. Confident, friendly communication and a service minded approach. Ability to work independently in a smaller office while staying connected to regional teams. Comfortable with vendors, couriers, POs, and basic office systems. Curious, proactive, and eager to help shape the culture of a growing workspace. You don’t need to meet every qualification to apply. Reliability, openness, and a positive approach matter. Designed to Support You A welcoming office environment with supportive regional teams. Opportunities to learn from leaders across EMEA. In person role with some flexibility depending on seasonal activities. Training and onboarding support to help you get up to speed. If this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you.
