We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist will greet clients and visitors and provide them with a warm welcome. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel Maintain and purchase office supplies Retrieve company mail Assist with administrative tasks as needed Assist customers and visitors attending meetings at facility Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Seatrax, Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
