The Greenbank Hotel are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.

KEY SKILLS:

  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Communicate effectively with the team and guests, including listening to instructions
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role

Responsibilities

JOB ROLE:

We are searching for a friendly, professional and well organised person to join our reception team at The Greenbank Hotel. The desired candidate will be a confident communicator and a great problem solver. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, greeting guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process and handling telephone and email enquiries.
This is a full time position.
Shift pattern - 40 hours per week, working 5 over 7 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Respond to emails and other correspondence promptly.
