OVERVIEW

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and a welcoming phone etiquette to ensure a positive experience for all who interact with our organisation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and QuickBooks is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with clients and team members.
  • Competent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various situations.

    Job Type: Part-time
