About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist! You will provide administrative support and initial client assessment and allocations to the appropriate service areas.

Responsibilities include

  • Screen incoming calls and assess client’s needs to take appropriate actions and manage enquiries effectively
  • Diary management, coordination of appointments and advising of client arrival in a timely manner
  • Complete general office administration tasks in accurate and timely manner
  • Prepare correspondence and process incoming/outgoing correspondence and documents as appropriate
  • Carry out duties when required to provide backup relief for the Site Administrator

This is a fixed-term full-time position, contracted for 12 months, based in Sunshine, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 2.

What you will have

  • Relevant business qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration
  • Demonstrate experience in Reception/Administration responsibilities
  • Intermediate ability with Microsoft Word and Excel and familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems preferred
  • A Victorian Driver’s Licence
