It’s a chance to: Welcome every person who walks through our doors with empathy and dignity Offer a listening ear to those in distress or crisis Connect people to life-changing services and supports Keep our team running smoothly behind the scenes This is a permanent part-time position 28 hours per week, this role is rostered 8.30am - 2.36pm Monday to Friday, based in Melbourne Project 614 located in Melbourne CBD, VIC. How you will make an impact Provide warm and professional front desk support, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and responding to inquiries Offer appropriate referrals and support to community members in need, using a trauma-informed approach Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the wider team Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in line with WHS guidelines Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development activities You understand the complex realities of homelessness, trauma and mental health – or you're open and eager to learn. You’re organised, collaborative, and you're not afraid to pitch in and help where it’s needed most.
