SUMMARY

We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team and be the buildings first point of contact. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring effective communication with all five offices. Alongside assisting building management by reporting any maintenance, and repairs flagged up by tenants. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and positive attitude.

SKILLS AND KEY ATTRIBUTES:

· A-C in GCSE Maths and English.
· Experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred
· Experience in building management and maintenance preferred but not required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Professional demeanour and appearance
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £25,400.00-£29,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Greet clients, visitors, and employees and direct them to the appropriate person or department
· Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
· Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organising files, and data entry
· Assist with building management, including coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure the upkeep of facilities and equipment
· Respond to employee and tenant’s complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
· Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
· Oversee office security, including coordinating with security personnel and monitoring access to the building
· Assist with special projects and events as needed
· -Assist with administrative and office tasks for the EA
· -Answer building and 5th Floor telephone.
