POSITION SUMMARY:

The Receptionist will cover the reception desk, greeting visitors with outstanding courtesy, and providing comprehensive administrative support across Engineering and Facilities departments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to handle VIP visitors sensitively.
  • High integrity and confidentiality.
  • Great teammate with flexibility and a collaborative attitude.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, PPT, and Excel with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze problems, exercise good judgment, and make sound decisions.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a full concierge service, receiving visitors in a polite, courteous manner, and liaising with the visitor’s host and Security.
  • Support employees with booking flights, hotels, and taxis while maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain a log of overseas colleague visitors for HMRC reporting.
  • Book and manage conference/meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and all equipment is functioning.
  • Keep the electronic noticeboard updated with relevant information.
  • Send out site communications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policy.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail through Royal Mail.
  • Handle Purchase Orders on the SAP system and follow up on goods receipts.
  • Conduct Right to Work checks and documentation for HR.
