Tom Wood Porsche located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is currently searching for a customer focused, part-time Saturday Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and will help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Schedule: Saturday – 9:00am-6:00pm Pay: $18/hour Responsibilities: * Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. * Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member. * Greet and welcome walk-in customers, determine their needs, and direct them accordingly. * Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and the customer lounge area, including stocking supplies and cleaning as needed. * Place weekly supply orders to ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and amenities * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Exceptional customer service skills, previous experience in customer facing rolls preferred * Excellent communication skills are a must * Professionalism in demeanor, appearance, and communication is essential * Detail oriented * Basic proficiency in computers and office software usage is preferred Benefits: * Service Awards * Career Advancement * Wisely & DailyPay About Tom Wood Group The Tom Wood Group is proud to be family-owned and locally operated for over 50 years.
