THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a full-time front-of-house receptionist to join our Newton team. The responsibilities of this role include managing front desk activities, assisting in various administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless operation within the office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience working as a receptionist, or in a similar role is desired as is a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as is proficiency in using office software, databases, and equipment.
  • Should possess strong organisational and multitasking abilities and the ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a positive and friendly attitude and ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Managing lost property and the associated enquiries within established policies and procedures.
  • Administrative tasks include sorting and notifying receivers of mail, packages, and deliveries, scanning and data entry, filing, ordering uniforms and stationery, managing driver licenses and accreditations.
  • Processing customer complaints and referring to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Providing support to the Operations Manager and other administrative staff.
