Position: Receptionist Location: Columbus Association District Office - Columbus, OH Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:15am - 5pm Pay Rate: $18 - $19 per hour (based on experience) Who you are: You are a collaborator with a cheerful outlook. You give exceptional customer service and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are organized and know how to efficiently manage your time. You are proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position. What you’ll do as a Receptionist: Perform routine administrative duties, including reading and routing incoming mail and calls, and providing information. Assist with mailers and other clerical duties as needed. Accept payments and/or correspondence from walk-in Homeowners. Coordinate the schedule for conference room(s). Review and code daily work orders.
