This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.   Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. * Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately. * Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings. * Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently. * Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. * Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. * Proficiency with office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
