Sofidel America, a global leader in tissue paper manufacturing, is rapidly expanding across the U.S. We are currently seeking a Receptionist & Travel Administrator to join our team at our Shelby, NC location. This role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also providing vital administrative support to the corporate office.   Responsibilities include front desk management, clerical and administrative assistance, coordination of travel arrangements, and oversight of office and kitchen supply inventories.  Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:  * Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member or voice mail.  * Provide administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, sorting mail, managing voicemail, and other tasks as assigned.   * Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.  * Manage the food truck schedule for the Shelby site, coordinate meals for on-site training and events.  * Greet guests, visitors, and vendors and announce their arrival to the appropriate staff member.  * Schedule appointments for the leadership team and assist with travel arrangements and expenses.  * Maintain conference room schedules and reserve them as requested.  Requirements:  * High school diploma required.   * Minimum of 1 year of general work experience in customer service or administrative support.  * Proficiency with MS Office products.  * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.  * Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 lbs.  * Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  * Intermediate Excel skills.  Benefits:  * Competitive Salary  * Company-Paid Medical Benefits  * Paid Time Off (PTO) & Vacation  * 401K Retirement Plan  * Opportunities for Career Advancement  Equal Opportunity Employer: Sofidel America is an equal opportunity employer.
