Description Position Overview Tri-W Global, Inc. is seeking to hire full time Receptionist to support our Kilgore Corporate office with clerical and administrative duties. Pay is commensurate with experience. General Responsibilities Follow all protocols when welcoming visitors to the facility. Ensures visitors sign the log book. Assist with coordination, planning and execution of company events and functions. Support managers with special projects/initiatives and be able to adapt to change. Direct visitors, deliveries and calls to the appropriate department or person. Maintain situational awareness with respect to facility and employee safety and security. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Assure continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and needs. Assist with visitor queries and concerns, participate in onboarding, office planning and orientation. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements Applicant must be able to pass a drug test and background check. High School diploma or GED is required. Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred. Bilingual preferred but not required. Strong communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills are required to successfully perform this position. Must be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office Work and Excel.
Responsibilities
