We are currently looking for a full-time Receptionist/TSR to join our team. The ideal candidate would be an organized individual, with excellent communication skills and prepared to work in a team environment.
This is an entry level position providing an opportunity for advancement and the opportunity to acquire RIBO designation.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
  • Expedite processing of data including, but not limited to areas such as new business, renewals, endorsements, letters, and cancellations
  • Distribution of documents for the entire organization, responsibility for customer data confidentiality, and flagging information to Brokers so that they can resolve problems
  • Process personal lines policy items and ensure documentation is received for clients is accurate and correct
  • Bill policies automatically or manually and add them into the system – EPIC
  • Receive payments from clients
  • Confirm that policies have required coverages in comparison to checklists and applications
  • Review policies and billing
  • Compose letters for renewals/reissues/cancellations to customers
  • Communicate with brokers internally
