Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused to be the first point of contact for our organization. The Receptionist will handle front desk operations, manage phone calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly. Manage reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence. Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes as required. Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed (e.g., filing, data entry, scanning documents). Assist HR/Administration team with clerical tasks when required. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
