Please note this is a front of house reception role not a nursing or student nursing role.
We’re looking for someone passionate about client care to join our front of house team to provide exceptional customer service at our Brindley Way Hospital and surrounding branches. To work collaboratively with other team members, clients and colleagues to meet the needs of patients and their families throughout the client and patient journey.
The hours are 40.5 hours averaged per week working four 10 hour days between Monday to Friday and then one:four weekends Saturday and Sunday (hours divided by the 4 weeks)
A typical month may look like this:
Week 1: 4x shifts between Monday - Friday
Week 2: 4x shifts between Monday - Friday
Week 3: 4x shifts between Monday - Friday
Week 4: 4x shifts between Monday - Friday and Saturday & Sunday 8-6pm.
Shift patterns will include early mornings, late nights, weekends and bank holidays.
You will be expected to work at any of our branch sites for sickness and holiday cover which are: Brindley Way Hospital - Wakefield, Alverthorpe, Wakefield Northgate, Middleton, Castleford, Normanton, Pontefract and Great Houghton so flexibility and travel is essential in this role.

You will be exceptionally organised, thorough, resolution driven and have excellent communication skills and used to working in a very fast paced environment.
You will have attention to detail and pride in your place of work as looking after our branches and ensuring they are clinically clean and sterile and smelling and looking great is important for us and our clients and their pets.
