The Vertiq Hospitality group is expanding into Luxembourg with the opening of a 133-room hotel, which is already operational, and is strengthening its team for this unique adventure!

This hotel opened its doors within the first "all-in-one" living concept in Europe. Strategically located in Wickrange, in the southwest of Luxembourg, at the crossroads of the country's transport links to the Belgian, French and German borders, this 42,000 m² attraction promises to offer a unique and unparalleled entertainment experience, attracting tourists, car enthusiasts, professionals, art lovers and people simply looking for entertainment or wanting to do some shopping.

The multifaceted complex is based on three pillars: passion & mobility; food, art & leisure; work & stay. It includes an 18,500 m² Motorworld area with more than 200 classic cars on display, 7,000 m² of retail space, a 900 m² business center, 10,000 m² of offices, an exhibition and digital immersion room, 1,600 m² of reception areas, a food hall that can accommodate up to 400 people, 1,500 parking spaces and the hotel which has 133 rooms.

The hotel is managed by the award-winning pan-European operator Vertiq Hospitality under its first hotel management agreement with Félix GIORGETTI S.à rl

We are looking for the following for the hotel:

Rotating Receptionist (M/F) 

The Receptionist plays a key role in the daily operations of the hotel, providing expertise and support to the Reception department. This receptionist position should primarily cover evening and night shifts.

He/She actively contributes to the organization and structuring of the service, as well as to the development and implementation of procedures.

Ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth departure for customers, he/she embodies a caring and attentive interlocutor, constantly ensuring the satisfaction of visitors.

Through his/her professionalism, discretion and smile, he/she ensures the smooth running of daily shifts and contributes to the excellence of the service.

Finally, he/she plays a central role in optimizing sales by being a major player in upselling, while also building customer loyalty.

EXPERTISE:

• Mastery of sales techniques
• Analytical skills
• Understanding of the hotel and restaurant industry (habits, customs, etc.)
• Fluency in English is essential, plus a third language if possible.
• Proficiency in office software, computer tools and email
• Proficiency in hotel software (Opera)

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
