PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST

Location: Kogarah Veterinary Hospital
Are you passionate about animals and providing excellent customer service? Kogarah Veterinary Hospital is seeking a friendly, motivated, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a love for animals and a desire to contribute to a compassionate and efficient clinic environment.
Position: Part-Time Receptionist
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: Kogarah Veterinary Hospital, Kogarah

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A genuine love for animals and an understanding of their care needs
  • Flexibility and reliability

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s booking system
  • Process payments and manage the client billing system
  • Maintain accurate client records and filing systems
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic
