Undertaking all types of reception & administrative tasks
Excellent customer service with the willingness to go above and beyond.
A basic understanding of animal care with the ability to triage patients over the phone.
Able to assist clients with over-the-counter products & food
Experience with Ezyvet is advantageous.
The reception team is small and there are times when you will be on reception on your own. Therefore, the ability to multitask, ask for help & remain calm is required. We aim to practice Veterinary medicine to a high standard where our patients are always at the centre of what we do. We are lucky to have a loyal client base with a great love for their pets. We are looking for a positive team player, who exudes enthusiasm but has a calm and professional manner. Confidence and highly developed communication skills are essential.
This position shares a roster with the nursing staff, with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am -2pm) required. Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
