We’re looking for a Receptionist to join us at Southend on Sea starting in September 2025. This position is a 6 month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave with the potential to extend. You’ll be working 35 hours per week with 1 in 6 Saturdays (9am-12noon).

As a Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and friendly experience for our clients and their pets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Offering exceptional service to clients and ensuring the best care for their pets, acting as the link between clients and our clinical team.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team.
• Creating a positive and memorable client experience, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.
• Welcoming clients, managing payments, and confidently scheduling future bookings.
• Coordinating the practice’s day-to-day routines through our online booking system (computer literacy is essential).
