As part of the Volare Health network, which operates skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation centers across multiple states, we are committed to providing a warm, welcoming environment for our residents, their families, and our team members.   In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact by contributing to the smooth operations of our facility while enjoying competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.   Position: Receptionist Schedule: PRN (On-call - Monday-Friday availability; weekends a plus) Pay: Starting around $20/hour Location: Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Medford, OR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately. * Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to visitors and guests. * Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and maintaining personnel files. * Support payroll and accounts payable processes. * Handle the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. * Help with scheduling appointments and transportation for residents. * Participate in training, orientation, and educational activities as required. * Contribute to Quality Improvement initiatives and team meetings. * Perform additional clerical duties as needed to support the team. WHAT YOU BRING: * Strong verbal communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor. * Ability to build rapport and work cooperatively with residents, families, and coworkers. * Proficiency in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions in English. * Basic computer skills, with an eagerness to learn company-specific software. * Previous administrative experience preferred. * Ability to pass a drug screening, criminal background check, and reference verification.
