JOB OVERVIEW:

The receptionist serves as the interface between a company and its customers, as well as, the management and employees. She does this with a high level of professionalism and courtesy that leaves a good impression and builds upon a solid reputation. She also provides a general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling transcriptions, printing, photocopying, and assisting the HR Team.

Responsibilities
  • Greets visitors
  • Handles queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
  • Transfers calls when necessary
  • Takes messages and ensures they are passed to the appropriate staff promptly
  • Manages meeting rooms availability
  • Receives and distributes mail or package to the appropriate staff accordingly
  • Handles typing, printing, and photocopying of necessary documents
  • Records and maintains office expenses
  • Assists the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, termination processes, etc.
  • Maintains safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
  • Monitors CCTV and prepares CCTV-related reports
