JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a front-facing administrative role and thrives in a dynamic office environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and will also provide administrative support across various departments, including Human Resources and Finance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office coordinator role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Monitor and manage front door access.
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.

HEALTH & SAFETY / CRM TASKS

  • Support the documentation and tracking of Health & Safety procedures.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain digital records in the company’s CRM system.

GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area.
  • File, scan, and archive physical and digital documents.
  • Support ongoing administrative projects as required.
