Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the face and first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience for patients. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is confident in handling administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and professional attitude
  • Answering and managing phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for multiple practitioners
  • Maintaining patient records and managing confidential information
  • Processing payments and managing invoicing
  • Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure seamless operations
  • General administrative tasks as needed
