We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time, Receptionist - Weekend to join our Administration - Operations department. The Receptionist - Weekend will be responsible for answering incoming calls and referring them to the proper person and department. Performs miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned. Performs data entry duties on a regular basis. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of Christian Health. Competencies: Gives directions/information to visitors, guests and residents. Answers telephone at switchboard, determine nature of call and direct callers to appropriate individual or department. Assists secretarial staff with typing, data entry, mailings, and other related duties, as requested. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Receives inquiries and releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assures that work area is clean, well-organized and office equipment is covered/secured at the end of the workday. Assures visitor sign-in book is filled out properly and supplied with adequate pages for proper sign in. Ensures guests/visitors abide by facility rules and reports unresolved incidents to appropriate supervisor. Reports suspicious persons/information to appropriate department head/supervisor. Schedule: 2:00pm - 8:00pm Every Other Weekend. Education: High School Graduate or equivalent required.
