Westbury Toyota is looking for a Receptionist to manage our Front Desk. The schedule is Monday through Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm). The Receptionist greets customers as they enter the showroom, answers basic inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate party; answers calls promptly and directs to the appropriate departments.

SKILLS:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person, office, or department.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
