As a receptionist, you will perform clerical and secretarial duties in the Health Center such as answering the telephones, greeting, and directing visitors. Westminster Village is seeking a part-time evening Receptionist available to work from 5pm to 9pm with approximately 30 hours per pay period including every other weekend and some holidays. We have a competitive wage with an annual increase. The wage scale for this position is $15 to $18.63 per hour. Resets front door alarm as needed. Pulls resident supply billing sheets and replaces with new sheet. Cleans empty charts and fills with new admission packet. Maintains file order in medical records room. Maintains doctor/business contact information binder. Attend educational meetings planned for this position. Familiarize oneself with location and use of firefighting equipment, alarms, and disaster procedures and be able to execute those disaster procedures. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. General office experience. Computer skill experience preferred. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
