We are looking for a service-minded and attentive receptionist for our lobby - the main entrance to Plesner. You are the first person our clients and guests meet when they enter the building and therefore it is crucial that you are able to provide high-quality service and remain calm and attentive in a busy environment.
You will be part of Plesner’s Client Experience team. In addition to being the first face of Plesner in the lobby, which will be your primary place of work, you will also be working on our conference floor at the top of the building.

• Receiving and welcoming guests at the reception on the ground floor and at the reception servicing our conference facilities on the top floor.
• Hosting large in-house meetings, seminars, and conferences.
• Continuously enhancing the guest experience.
• Engaging daily with guest and our 600+ colleagues.
• Handling confidential mail
• Receiving goods, mail, and deliveries.
• Arranging for courier services and taxis.
  You will be part of a team working in the lobby together with two other colleagues. You can expect to be on duty every third Saturday, with a weekday off during that week.
