Job Description:
We’re seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist who can manage front-desk responsibilities while also contributing to corporate gifting coordination and social media management. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, is highly organized, and has a flair for creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
* Coordinate and follow up on corporate gift orders with clients and vendors
* Assist the sales team with quotations and order updates
* Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) — posting content, replying to DMs/comments, and increasing engagement
* Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer
* Background in corporate gifting and/or printing industry is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of social media platforms and basic content creation
* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Proficiency in basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc. is a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
