THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a candidate for the Receptionist position of a dynamically developing, new EY Global Delivery Services Poland office in Warsaw. If you are committed to work in office administration, combined with facility management, have outgoing personality and enjoy solving problems, we have a perfect place for you. This role offers a variety of new challenges that will stimulate your organizational and communication skills.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • Very good English communication skills

  • Impeccable manner and good communication skills

  • Bachelor degree or being a 4-5 year student of extramural studies is preferred
  • Good computer skills, especially knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to solve problems, set priorities and organize your own working time
  • Being a pro-active, determined person and having a creative attitude will be an advantage

Responsibilities
  • You will be providing Exceptional Client Service to our employees and guests on a daily basis.

As a part of WES team:

  • You will be handling incoming phone calls
  • Managing conference rooms and meetings will be another duty
  • A part of your role will be managing and tracking office correspondence, cooperation with courier, post office
  • You will also be responsible for the office orders and purchases, cooperation with suppliers, service providers
  • It will be expected from you to actively participate in the operational tasks of the office
  • Performing of other tasks assigned by the Management including ad-hoc issues
