POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Receptionist & Client Engagement Associate. You’ll be the welcoming face on the phone and in person, while also helping with general front-desk operations, light administrative tasks, and ensuring our practice runs smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in receptionist, customer service, or inbound phone sales.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to engage prospects warmly.
  • Basic computer competence—comfortable with scheduling and data entry.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Phone Sales & Client Engagement
  • Answer inbound calls with warmth, compassion and professionalism.
  • Support scheduling, follow-up calls, and handle appointment reminders.
  • Suggest additional services (e.g., cranialsacral therapy, stemwave, PEMF mat) where appropriate.
  • Administrative & Clerical Duties
  • Manage appointment scheduling using Jane EMR software.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Maintain clean and organized reception area.
  • Support & Facility Maintenance Tasks
  • Perform light cleaning and laundry (e.g., towels, linens).
  • Restock front-desk supplies and therapy materials as needed.
  • Tech & Systems
  • Use computers for scheduling, record keeping, communications.
  • BONUS: Familiarity with GoHighLevel for CRM, marketing outreach, or automated messaging is a strong plus.
