Responsibilities
  • Delivering excellent customer care in person, over the phone, or digitally to ensure each guest has a positive experience.
  • Handling guest holiday bookings and addressing customer inquiries via phone, requiring excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Showcasing extensive knowledge of our Parks, including accommodation types, facilities, and the local area.
  • Leading by example and setting the standard for what a great Receptionist should be within the team.
  • Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and organizational abilities as a true people person.
  • Building relationships and collaborating with all Park departments and our central-support reservations department.
  • Utilizing experience and confidence in customer complaint handling to uphold high guest satisfaction levels, even in challenging situations.
  • Managing merchandise stock and conducting cash reconciliation for efficient operations.
