Responsibilities
  • Ensuring all visitors to the building are greeted and taken to meet with the correct people
  • Signing for deliveries and distributing to the correct department/staff member
  • Supporting with general purchasing requests
  • Supporting with upholding standards throughout the office
  • First point of contact for any building related issues
  • Support with booking in regular maintenance as per organised Maintenance Schedule
  • Support with car park management on-site including external car parks and weekly car park checks
  • Support the H&S officer in carrying out and reporting weekly H&S checks around the buildings
  • Undertaking any additional tasks handed down by line manager
