REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors warmly, managing inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Phone and Email Handling: Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments, meeting rooms, and visitor logs.
- Administrative Support: Provide basic administrative assistance, including data entry, document handling, and maintaining office supplies.
- Visitor Assistance: Offer general information to visitors, support with sign-in procedures, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Mail and Courier Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinate courier services when needed.
- Calendar Management: Support staff by managing shared calendars, reminders, and schedules.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Order: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
