REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors warmly, managing inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Phone and Email Handling: Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments, meeting rooms, and visitor logs.
  • Administrative Support: Provide basic administrative assistance, including data entry, document handling, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Visitor Assistance: Offer general information to visitors, support with sign-in procedures, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
  • Mail and Courier Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinate courier services when needed.
  • Calendar Management: Support staff by managing shared calendars, reminders, and schedules.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Order: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
