Nos équipes multiculturelles et passionnées ont à cœur d’offrir un service d’excellence à une clientèle variée. RESUME DU POSTE Sous la responsabilité des Superviseurs Expérience Client. Premier contact du client, l’Ambassadeur Expérience Client est le garant du bon séjour des clients. Il accueille le client, lui fournit tous les renseignements sur les conditions du séjour, les formalités, les prix et les services de l’hôtel. Il assure la satisfaction des clients, suit leur arrivée, leur départ et transmet les informations utiles aux autres services. MISSIONS PRINCIPALES * Être notre ambassadeur d’accueil, recevoir le client dès son arrivée dans l’établissement et l’accompagner à la réception, l’aiguiller au sein de notre lobby et si l’occasion se présente, l’assister avec ses bagages, * Accueillir le client à la réception, effectuer l'enregistrement dans le système, * Effectuer les transactions financières (encaissements, débours, change des devises, etc.), * Présenter et promouvoir l'établissement et la chaîne Marriott International, * Faire adhérer et fidéliser les clients en leur expliquant le programme Marriott BonVoy, * Régler les litiges éventuels de façon à satisfaire les clients, * Préparer les formalités de départ en expliquant la facturation au client, * Préparer les dossiers débiteurs pour les transférer à la comptabilité, * Verser les divers encaissements et devises selon les procédures en vigueur, * Membre de l’équipe « At Your Service », gérer les appels internes et externes, * Accueil et assistance de notre clientèle Elite à l’entrée du Lounge ; s’assurer de la bonne tenue des espaces et du réapprovisionnement en nourriture et boisson, * Respecter les procédures, standards et valeurs Marriott. Le titulaire peut être amené à accomplir d’autres missions PROFIL RECHERCHE * Expérience de l'hôtellerie de grande capacité souhaitée, * Anglais : lu, parlé, écrit (impératif) * Diplôme Ecole Hôtelière BTS - BTH ou équivalent, * Connaissance informatique (Opera, Marsha, Pack Microsoft Office).
