QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Expérience préalable obligatoire dans un cabinet dentaire ou un milieu de soins de santé.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels Dentitek.
  • Excellentes compétences en organisation, communication et relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à multitâcher et à établir des priorités efficacement.
  • Connaissance de la terminologie dentaire (un atout).
  • Comportement professionnel, discrétion et respect de la confidentialité.
  • Esprit d’équipe et attitude positive.
  • La connaissance de l’arabe est un atout.

ENGLISH

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Dental Receptionist to join our growing practice. Prior experience in a dental office is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in phone systems and dental scheduling software (Dentitek).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a high level of discretion.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Arabic language skills are considered an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients warmly as they arrive at the clinic.
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using clinic software (Exceldent and Dentitek).
  • Verify insurance information and assist with processing claims as needed.
  • Collect and record payments for services rendered, following clinic policies.
  • Maintain and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Coordinate front desk operations and patient flow in collaboration with the dental team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
