    Responsibilities
    • Gérer un standard téléphonique à volume élevé recevant les demandes des clients et aider les clients à utiliser tous les services de Ritchie Bros.

    • Accompagner les clients pendant le processus d’inscription aux enchères pour les enchères en ligne

      • Manage a high-volume switchboard receiving customer inquiries and assist customers in using all Ritchie Bros. services.

      • Ability to explain how auctions and no-reserve auctions work.
      • Assist customers during the auction registration process for online auctions.
      • Resolve issues and track interactions related to customer accounts
      • Provide information about past and upcoming auctions and equipment
      • Assist with after-sales customer account phone calls and payment processing
      • Ensure that superior customer service is provided to all customers at all times
      • Provide additional administrative support as needed
